How long will it take?
GroceryBounty currently delivers to Delhi/ NCR, and we expect shipping to take minimum 24 Hours in Delhi and minimum 48 hours in NCR region. Currently, we provide express services to few selected locations. We recommend you to check you location from the Location Bar located in our website header to check the services.
Currently we supply only select products outside Delhi/ NCR, and most of the time use Shipment through surface mode. It may take around 5-7 days for your goods to arrive outside Delhi/ NCR region depending on your location.
How much will it cost?
At GroceryBounty, we provide absolutely free shipping in Delhi for all orders exceeding Rs. 1000 excluding value of Products such as Atta, Ghee and Select Oils. Orders Below Rs. 1000 or outside Delhi will not be Eligible for Free Shipping. Amount of Rs. 60 will be taken as Shipping Charges.
My order has not arrived yet!
We dispatch all deliveries to the address you provide us with, so check your order dispatch email to ensure that the address is the right one. Where the address you have provided is not 100% correct, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned to provide any kind of refund, but we will be happy to help you place a new order if you needs the products earlier.
In the event your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time frame (per above), please contact us and we will address the situation immediately. Please understand that it is in good faith that we put your order in the hands of our preferred carriers, but in a very small percentage of cases parcels go missing or are unexpectedly delayed. We can't prevent this, but we can discuss ways to meet your immediate needs. We must allow a fair and reasonable amount of time for the goods to be delivered before the parcel is determined as lost (this will vary depending on the carrier and the destination), and we will place a replacement order or issue a refund as the situation demands. We ask for your co-operation in these rare cases.
I can't find my order confirmation email!
Check your Spam or Junk folder (or even the deleted items folder) as you are likely to find your confirmation emails in one of these folders.
This is a common query that we receive from customers who have Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and similar POP email accounts. Why? Because these email accounts often have an automatic spam filter that hides emails sent from any retail website.
At the same time, please check the Payment method you selected at the time of checkout. In case of Bank Transfer mode, we will wait for order confirmation till we receive the funds in our bank account, and you have provided us the appropriating tracking information about the Bank Transfer.

What mode and channel you use to deliver goods
We choose between internal delivery system or a reliable and fast courier services company such as Fedex, DTDC, etc depending upon your location. Our endeavour is always to ensure fastest services at lowest costs. Since most of the courier companies tend to put weight restrictions on the packages, or have delayed delivery processes for heavier packages, we always try to augment the delivery system with a dedicated delivery team at GroceryBounty for your convenience.
Are there any Hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no hidden costs, extra taxes or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website would be the final price. You will pay only what you see. Our prices will be inclusive of all taxes and charges.
Why does my Pin Code or Location do not appear in GroceryBounty Search?
We believe in maintaining the quality of services for our customers, and that is why, we initiated our online order acceptance in phase wise manner. If you belong to Delhi/ NCR and your location is still not appearing on our website, then it means it will be available only in next phase, when we have ensured that we know your preferences well and are able to provide timely deliveries to you. This is the precise reason, we provided the Location tracker, so that our customers are able to know the serviceable areas upfront.
At the same time, you are an extremely important customer for us, and we want to reach out to you when we are fully prepared. Do leave your email address with us, so that we can notify you as soon as we are able to extend services to your location.
