Olive Pomace Oil is one of the three grades of olive oil, i.e. Extra Virgin, Pure and Olive Pomace oil. Olive Pomace oil is a fatty liquid extracted from olives that already have gone through the pressing process.
Olive oil contains highest monounsaturated “good” fats amongst edible oils and very low saturated “bad” fats, which are associated with numerous health benefits. Monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) are considered a healthy dietary fat, as opposed to saturated fats and trans fats.
